EyeBOX® combines neuroscience, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to provide an objective assessment of a patient’s neurological health. The technology is based on cranial nerve control of eye movements. When these cranial nerves are impacted by a potential concussion, the EyeBOX measures the abnormal eye movements and provides a “score” that correlates with the absence or presence of concussion. This “score” was developed, and is continuously improved from a performance perspective, through the use of statistical methods, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
The EyeBOX is the most accurate objective test cleared by the FDA as an aid in the diagnosis of concussion.
