Oculogica is seeking an Account Executive. Come join our rapidly growing team and help us change the way the world looks at brain injury, and beyond!

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and collaborate with the Oculogica team on the following:

  • Own the sales process to articulate the value proposition of the EyeBOX platform, including:
    • Develop and educate the market about the unique capabilities associated with the EyeBOX platform.
    • Collaborate with marketing and other Oculogica leaders to identify new targets to sell our platform into.
    • Qualify prospective customers to ensure we are positioning our solution, most effectively.
    • Demonstrate the platform, highlighting the simple workflow and the clinical value of the diagnostic reports.
    • Effectively educate prospects about the scientific and clinical value the EyeBOX platform.
    • Effectively overcome objections on various topics including pricing, reimbursement and use case applications.
    • Differentiate the Oculogica platform by using Oculogica developed materials, competitive intelligence and peer-reviewed publications highlighting the clinical value.
    • Drive the contract negotiation process to closure and secure new installations.
  • Aid in the development of new sales and marketing collateral.
  • Attend and participate in tradeshows, as necessary.
  • Support & facilitate the customer installation/startup process for new installations.
  • Ensure customer retention through management of key relationships and regular follow up to adequate system adoption & usage.
  • Utilize Oculogica sales platform technologies to manage the sales pipeline and associated activities.
  • As we are a startup, be prepared to roll-up your sleeves and perform whatever work needs to be done.
  • Adhere to Oculogica quality policies & procedures.

Skills and background:

  • At least 10 years experience selling FDA cleared medical device and healthcare technologies into the marketplace.
  • Experience selling into a market that is just being developed, preferred.
  • Experience with a leasing and CAPEX sales model.
  • Solution selling experience preferred.
  • Never ending curiosity and desire to command new concepts.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively collaborate with marketing.

You’ll be compensated with a base salary, variable compensation and stock options commensurate with your experience. Benefits include healthcare insurance, 401k plan, flexible summer hours, and PTO.

Home Base Location: Arizona

Territory: S. California & Arizona (travel up to 50% of the time could be required)

Join the startup that’s raising the bar in the assessment and treatment of brain injury! As a data scientist focused on machine learning, you will leverage your strong collaboration and analytical skills to extract valuable insights from highly complex data sets and developing useful and accurate ML models.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
  • Design accurate prediction algorithms
  • Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
  • Generate actionable insights for improving the usefulness of diagnostic algorithms

What Skills and Experience You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning (including deep learning), clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
  • Digital signal processing (DSP), e.g. noise filtering, high/low-pass filters, event detection, etc.
  • Fluency in Python
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Love for the startup experience and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with team members

success specialist who excels at helping our customers succeed through
order fulfillment, training, and helping solve problems.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Show customers how to love using our products
  • Guide new users through the on-boarding process and training
  • Help solve technical problems for our customers and research partners
  • Fulfill orders and related servicing logistics
  • Inspect products to ensure the highest quality before shipping
  • Keep records and documentation of these activities to maintain
    regulatory compliance
  • Perform various other activities based on current company goals as
    needed

What Skills and Experience You Need:
