Oculogica is looking to hire a temporary part or full-time Marketing and Customer Support assistant starting July through November. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience across marketing, customer success, and lead generation in a fast-paced environment in the medical device space.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support and outreach
- Monthly customer communications
- Overseeing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Creating marketing content, blog posts and news content
- Managing and optimizing automated processes for lead generation and marketing
Skills and Background Requirements:
- 1 year preferred experience in the medical device industry in any capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Due to increased market demand, Oculogica is currently looking for successful independent sales executives who have a passion for changing healthcare with new to market, highly disruptive technology. If you are currently calling on a medical specialty that regularly diagnoses concussion, we would like the opportunity to speak with you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct lead generation activities.
- Conduct sales calls, both in-person and virtual.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
- Regularly close business and maintain on-going relationships with customers.
- Regularly maintain CRM records of active leads.
- Report bi-monthly to the VP of Commercial Development.
Skills and Background Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience selling medical devices and driving the adoption of a new to market FDA regulated product.
- Successful and verifiable background in capital medical device sales required.
- Must have current and verifiable relationships to convert in the following specialties:
Neurology
Neurosurgery
Concussion Center
Neuropsychology
Auto Accident Clinic
Sport Medicine
Pain Management & Rehabilitation - An understanding of medical reimbursement is required.
- An understanding of the personal injury / med-legal / work comp market is required.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills is required.
- The ability to successfully work in an independent capacity with a minimum of direct management is required.
Territory Geography
United States.
Compensation
Oculogica offers a generous commission program, with no caps.
Commission paid out by 15th of following month.
No other benefits are offered for this position.
Rep will receive marketing materials and business cards at Oculogica’s expense.
Training
You will receive thorough product, output report, reimbursement, and competitive advantage training upon hire. You will have all the tools and support you need to be successful in this role.
